Tiong Lian Food is one of the leading importers and distributors of quality pork and other meat products. We’ve have grown into this position by expanding the scope of our business since it was founded in 1974.

We have diverse customer bases, covering food manufacturers, wholesalers, hotels restaurants, social clubs, retailers, food-courts and wet market stalls.

Tiong Lian has been awarded the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification in November 2005. This marks a significant milestone in our continual effort to strive for quality products and services of the highest standard.

Our Products

Chilled, frozen or marinated pork, you name it, we have it. Regardless of which food business you are operating (a supermarket, café, restaurant, wet market stall, food court or food catering business) as long as you have the word ‘pork’ in your menu, we will be able to offer you with the best range of pork best suited for your business needs.

We import our pork from AVA approved plant all over the world. We carry chilled pork from Australia, Indonesia and Canada.  We import frozen pork from parts of Europe, North and South America and Japan.

Looking for something premium or different? Our selection of premium pork includes the well love Spanish Iberico to the traditional and valuable Okinawa Agu Pork. We are also the first and only importer in Singapore to import a 100% German sausage all entirely processed under one roof from Germany. With over 30 years of experience, our butchers debone all 250 pork-side daily in our plant. All of which are based on our customer’s specific requirements. More than just de-boning, our team of product specialist is able to provide innovative solutions and value added services on all things relate to meat for our customers.

With our state of the art portion cutting machine, we are able to cut and process the meat based on our customer’s specific weight request. Being also the market leader in the industry to supply the Japanese shabu shabu, our slicing machine is able to slice every meat with accuracy and precision of thickness.

Our Facilities

Located at 11 Chin Bee Drive, our production plant houses some of the most highly skilled and capable team of butchers in the industry. It also houses our state-of-the-art portion cutting machine being the first in Singapore and the only one in the local industry to carry the skin packaging machine.

We have our own dedicated area for deboning, slicing, packing, marinating and storage with temperature control to ensure our customers receive the best quality product. We also have a fleet of 12 trucks delivering island-wide, 24/7, 365 days.

Presser Machine

Using cutting edge laser technology and advance 4D camera system, our portion cutting machine is able to cut both bone-in and boneless meat based on customer product weight specification. This expands a whole new possibility for restaurant and retailers on how they can sell their meat.

Skin packaging allows shelf life of fresh pork up to around 10 days compare to a normal form tray packaging with only 4 to 5 days shelf life. This packaging also prevents freezer burn when is place inside a freezer. It is also unmatched in terms of presentation when compared to other packaging as it allows customers to see the full outlook of the meat.

Being able to slice/cut every block of pork belly with even shape is now possible with our meat presser machine. The machine is able to form uneven/deform meat to uniform shape and sizes.
