It also houses our state-of-the-art portion cutting machine being the first in Singapore and the only one in the local industry to carry the skin packaging machine, through constant upgrading of new latest machines and technology, we strive to further improve our product quality and productivity.
We have a whole dedicated level for deboning, slicing, packing, marinating and storage with temperature control to ensure our customers receive the best quality product within our factory.
We also have a fleet of 12 trucks delivering island-wide, 24/7, 365 days.
Skin Pack Machine
Using cutting edge laser technology and advance 4D camera system, our portion cutting machine is able to cut both bone-in and boneless meat based on customer product weight specification. This expands a whole new possibility for restaurant and retailers on how they can sell their meat.
Skin packaging allows shelf life of fresh pork up to around 10 days compare to a normal form tray packaging with only 4 to 5 days shelf life. This packaging also prevents freezer burn when is place inside a freezer. It is also unmatched in terms of presentation when compared to other packaging as it allows customers to see the full outlook of the meat.
Being able to slice/cut every block of pork belly with even shape is now possible with our meat presser machine. The machine is able to form uneven/deform meat to uniform shape and sizes.
